Client Work: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom work created specifically for them as outlined in their service agreement. 11TechWeave retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.

Third-Party Materials: Our website may contain third-party content, libraries, and resources. These remain the property of their respective owners.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us ("User Content") for the purpose of delivering our services. You grant 11TechWeave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display User Content as necessary to provide our services.

No Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11TechWeave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ghana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Ghana Arbitration Centre.
